Every MOOD LATELY piece is made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for a buyer — your order gets printed after you place it. It means a little more waiting than a big-box shop, and a lot less landfill.
How long it takes
Production: 2–7 business days
Delivery: 3–8 business days after that
Most orders land within 5–12 business days. Sweatshirts and crewnecks sit at the longer end of that; tees usually move faster.
What it costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on where you are and what's in the bag. You'll see the exact amount before you pay.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order leaves the print shop. If it's been more than 10 business days and nothing has moved, email us and we'll chase it down.
Orders with more than one item
Different pieces are sometimes printed in different facilities, so your order may arrive in separate parcels on different days. You're never charged twice for shipping when that happens.
